The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Office Bureau Limited, Mr. Martin Osei has donated 3 sets of Thomas Work Station, 10 drawer file cabinets, 11 pieces of office desks and swivel chairs to the Army Headquarters at Burma Camp on Tuesday, 22 September 2020.
Mr. Osei stated that the donation formed part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility to help resource the Army to deliver it mandate effectively as the government alone could not provide all the logistical requirements of the military.
To this end, the CEO revealed that his outfit, in the most recent past, donated some furniture to both the 5th Battalion of Infantry and the Support Services Brigade, and further gave the assurance to support the Army to furnish its new Army Headquarters Complex when completed.
The Chief Staff Officer (CSO) at the Army Headquarters – Brigadier General Michael Amoah Ayisi, upon receiving the items on behalf of the Chief of the Army staff – Major General Thomas Oppong-Peprah, emphasized the need for corporate institutions to support the military, especially the Ghana Army, to continue the good job they do in the country.
Brigadier Amoah Ayisi thanked Mr. Martin Osei for the kind gesture adding that the items would go a long way to meet some of their logistics requirements.
